# AI Customer Hub

AI Customer Hub provides managed AI Customer Agents for small businesses, ecommerce stores, wholesalers, international sellers and sales teams using Website or WhatsApp.

## What a Customer Agent is
A Customer Agent is a managed AI conversation service configured around a business. It can answer recurring customer questions, introduce products and services, guide buyers, capture lead details, support configured languages and hand conversations to a human when required.

## Channels
- Website Customer Agent
- WhatsApp Customer Agent
- Basic and Standard each include one channel per plan: Website or WhatsApp, not both at the same time.

## Plans and pricing
- Basic: US$99 monthly; one channel; up to 2 configured languages; basic knowledge base and human handoff.
- Standard: US$149 monthly; one channel; up to 3 configured languages; expanded knowledge base, customer classification, wholesale/retail detection and high-intent customer identification.
- Premium: custom quote for customized workflows, multiple knowledge bases and broader requirements.
- Payments are manual and do not auto-renew.
- Standard setup is included for Basic and Standard.

## Standard service boundary
Basic and Standard do not include live order status, live inventory access, CRM or ERP actions, APIs, private databases, complex data migration, or other deep system integrations by default. Those requirements need separate technical review and custom pricing.

## Setup and handoff
Most standard setups can be prepared within 24-48 hours after the required business information is received. The Customer Agent can detect agreed escalation situations, collect useful context and hand the conversation to a person according to the configured process.

## Refund and renewal
Monthly payments are manual. Fees allocated to the first 45 days after a cancellation request are non-refundable. Eligible prepaid service fees allocated to service periods beginning after that 45-day window can be refunded; see the Refund Policy.
