A Customer Agent is an AI-powered conversation service configured around your business. It can answer common questions, guide customers, capture leads, support agreed languages, and hand complex requests to a person.
No. The service is managed for you. AI Customer Hub configures the Customer Agent around your business information, tests key conversations, and provides ongoing guidance or updates according to the plan.
No. Basic and Standard each cover one channel: Website or WhatsApp. A business that needs both channels can purchase an additional plan.
Most standard setups can be prepared within 24–48 hours after the required business information is received. Complex requirements can take longer.
Not in the standard plans. Real-time order or inventory access, CRM/ERP connections, APIs, private databases and other custom integrations require separate technical review and pricing.
The Customer Agent can identify agreed escalation situations, collect useful context, and route the conversation according to the handoff process agreed with your team.
No. Monthly and quarterly payments are manual. You decide when to renew the next service period.
Fees allocated to the first 45 days after a cancellation request are non-refundable. Eligible prepaid service fees allocated to service periods beginning after that 45-day (approximately 1.5-month) window can be refunded. See the Refund Policy for details.
Language configuration depends on the plan and business needs. Basic includes up to two configured languages, Standard includes up to three, and Premium can be configured for broader language requirements.
Typically: products or services, common questions, policies, pricing guidance, delivery and payment information, business hours, preferred tone, contact details, and human handoff rules.
Basic and Standard are not designed for businesses that require live inventory, real-time order status, direct CRM or ERP actions, private database access, or complex operational automation out of the box. Those requirements need separate technical review and custom work.
