A clear cancellation rule for prepaid service periods.
Monthly and quarterly services are manually purchased. This policy explains which prepaid amounts can be refunded after cancellation.
1. 45-day (approximately 1.5-month) non-refundable window
When you request cancellation or a refund, fees allocated to the first 45 days (approximately one and a half months) after the date of that request are non-refundable.
2. Amounts after the 45-day window
If you prepaid for service extending beyond that 45-day window, eligible fees allocated to service periods beginning after the window can be refunded. We may calculate the refundable amount on a reasonable pro-rata basis where a quarterly payment covers both non-refundable and refundable service dates.
3. Monthly payments
Because monthly periods are shorter than the 45-day (approximately 1.5-month) non-refundable window, a monthly payment already made will generally not be refundable after cancellation.
4. Quarterly payments
For quarterly prepayments, a portion can become refundable if the prepaid service extends beyond the 45-day (approximately 1.5-month) non-refundable window. The refundable portion depends on the service dates remaining after that window.
5. Setup and custom work
Any custom work, third-party fees, separately quoted implementation, integrations, migration, or other non-standard work may have separate refund terms stated in the quote or written agreement.
6. How to request cancellation
Email logan@aicustomerhub.com with your business name, plan, payment reference, and requested cancellation date. We may ask for information needed to locate the payment and service record.
7. Payment-provider timing
Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on PayPal, your bank, card network, currency conversion, and other payment-provider processes.
